About Service Steward

Service Steward exists to handle what others can’t afford to get wrong.

We provide professional stewardship of high-end porcelain, tabletop assets, and event service environments for clients who value consistency, accountability, and restraint. Our work supports luxury events, historic venues, boutique hospitality, and design-led partners who expect service to be precise, quiet, and dependable.

We are not staffing.

We are service infrastructure.

Our Philosophy

At the center of Service Steward is a simple belief:

premium environments require disciplined stewardship.

Porcelain, glassware, and tabletop service are not interchangeable commodities. They are assets. They deserve trained handling, documented care, and clear responsibility.

We approach service the same way we approach design and operations — with structure, standards, and respect for context.

The Service Steward Mark

Our logo is a shield bearing three vertical bars — a modern interpretation of the Roman numeral III.

The Shield

The shield represents protection and responsibility. It reflects our role as custodians of valuable assets and refined environments. When Service Steward is present, what we manage is actively guarded, not simply handled.

The Three Bars

The three bars represent the three pillars of our work:

1. Care — disciplined handling, cleaning, and preservation

2. Control — standards, accountability, and process

3. Continuity — consistency across events, venues, and markets

They also reference order and balance — upright, deliberate, and stable.

The mark is intentionally restrained. It belongs equally in historic homes, modern venues, and back-of-house service areas without drawing attention to itself.

How We Work

Service Steward operates through standardized service systems designed to support premium tabletop and event service without compromise.

Our approach includes:

• Trained, uniformed stewards

• Structured handling, wash, and reset programs

• Clear chain of responsibility

• Inventory accountability and replacement control

• Seamless integration into client environments

We work quietly. We work cleanly. We work with intention.

Where We Serve

Our flagship operation is based in Atlanta’s Miami Circle design district, with services expanding into select regional and destination markets that support premium service standards.

We expand deliberately.

Quality leads scale.

Who We Work With

Service Steward partners with:

• Luxury event producers

• Historic homes and estates

• Boutique hotels and inns

• Caterers and private chefs

• Design-led venues

If detail matters to your reputation, we are aligned.

Our Commitment

When you work with Service Steward, you gain more than service support. You gain a team that understands responsibility, continuity, and trust.

We don’t improvise.

We don’t disappear after the event.

We stand behind what we steward.

Tradeport — What It Really Is

This is not just a random parcel. It is a fully platted, legally defined development site.

Minor Final Plat for Daniel Calhoun
Land Lot 62 of the 13th District
City of College Park
Fulton County, Georgia

That already matters. A “minor final plat” means:

This is development-ready land.

🧭 Where It Actually Sits

From the drawings and labels on Page 2:

The site is bounded by:

This puts it in South Atlanta logistics country:

This is not Miami Circle retail.
This is import + staging + industrial backbone.

Exactly what your Scott’s + Tradeport model needs.

📐 Site Geometry (Why This Land Is Valuable)

Look at Page 2 and you’ll notice something important:

The lots are long, wide, and road-fronted.
That means:

This land was platted for logistics, not houses.

That’s rare inside Fulton County.

🧩 Why This Is a Perfect “Second Node” For Your System

Your ecosystem already has:

This site becomes:

The permanent import + kitting + build-out yard

It is where:

You don’t want that chaos at Miami Circle.
You want it here.

🔥 Why This Is Strategically Better Than Random Warehouses

Most Atlanta warehouses:

This plat:

This is a mini port.

🏗 How This Fits Your ICF Megastore Vision

This land could hold:

You don’t move Scott’s.
You clone Scott’s energy here using your own supply chain.

That’s power.

🧠 The Bigger Play

Miami Circle is brand.
Scott’s is traffic.
Tradeport is movement.
Calhoun is control.

You only get to scale when you control land that trucks love.
